* 5+ years' experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering on AWS * Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go, with solid Linux expertise * Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), GitLab CI/CD, and IaC tools * Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, and performance optimisation * Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) and distributed systems
