JOB Description & the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Architectural /Interiors CAD operator., Fit-Out Interior Detailer., Interiors & Exteriors 3D Visualizer/Animator., to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of UAE-specific fit-out regulations, excels in producing accurate architectural detailing, and can bring concepts to life through photorealistic 3D modeling and expert Photoshop post- production

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modelling., Visualization& Animator: Create high-quality 3D models and renders (using 3ds

Max, SketchUp, or V-Ray) to present design concepts to clients.

Photoshop Editing: Utilize Adobe Photoshop for high-impact mood boards, design presentation layouts, and advanced texture/render post-production editing.

Fit-Out Detailing: Produce precise, error-free architectural fit-out and joinery shop

drawings, including elevations, sections, and ceiling details for construction.

Space Planning: Develop innovative space layouts and ensure all designs comply with UAE local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense).

Material Selection: Prepare detailed material specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

support, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedules.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, MEP engineers, and suppliers to

resolve on-site design issues and ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated interior fit-out experience within the UAE (candidates with a proven portfolio of completed commercial, F&B, or high-end

residential projects in the region are preferred).

Software Proficiency:

Advanced: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or V-Ray/Corona.

Essential: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Advantage: Knowledge of Revit or BIM.

• Technical Skills: Excellence in architectural detailing, joinery detailing, and

understanding of UAE building codes and site implementation.

AI Interior Architectural experience : Experience working with AI tools like (RoomGPT/mnml.AI/Spacely AI/Planner sd/Luma AI/Gamma)

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong asset. Ability to

manage client presentations and meet strict deadlines

• Licensure: Valid UAE Driving License is a plus.
