Job Summary:

Integrated Industries LLC is looking for an experienced Quality Controller / QC Engineer to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and client requirements. The role involves managing inspections, quality documentation, material approvals, testing activities, and coordination with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, standards, and client quality requirements.

• Conduct factory visits and inspect manufacturing processes, procedures, and operational workflows.

• Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety requirements during inspections.

• Prepare and review Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and supporting documentation.

• Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), RFIs, inspection reports, and test reports.

• Monitor testing and commissioning activities.

• Verify installation works comply with approved drawings and technical specifications.

• Raise Site Observation Reports (SOR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.

• Maintain inspection records, quality logs, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure all completed works are inspected, approved, and ready for project handover.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
✅ Minimum 3–4 years of relevant QA/QC experience
✅ Experience in project inspections, material approvals, testing, and commissioning
✅ Knowledge of MIR, WIR, RFI, NCR processes and quality documentation
✅ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications
✅ Strong coordination and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation processes.
