The Role We are seeking an experienced Delivery Supervisor / Fleet Manager / Logistics Specialist to oversee delivery operations, fleet coordination, and logistics performance. Oversee daily transportation, delivery scheduling, and fleet coordination activities. Monitor fleet utilization, delivery performance, and operational efficiency to achieve service targets. Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless logistics execution. Manage relationships with transportation providers and logistics partners to maintain service quality. Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to optimize delivery routes, costs, and resource utilization. Monitor logistics risks and implement practical solutions to minimize operational disruptions. Prepare operational reports, fleet performance analyses, and strategic recommendations for management. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance while fostering collaboration across remote and cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation, delivery operations, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of fleet operations, transportation planning, and logistics management. Knowledge of delivery coordination, route optimization, inventory movement, and supply chain principles. Familiarity with operational reporting, vendor coordination, and process improvement methodologies. Proficiency in analyzing logistics performance data and developing actionable business recommendations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
