We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to provide administrative support for our Sinotruk Service and Parts teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our aftersales department. This position will report into the Operations Manager and be based in our Dubai Workshop.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, Workshop and After Sales team. Create and manage service job cards, repair orders and workshop documentation. Coordinate service bookings and communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance. Prepare quotations, estimates and invoices for workshop jobs. Follow up on purchase orders, warranty claims and service documentation. Coordinate with the Parts department to ensure parts availability for scheduled repairs. Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and service records within the ERP system. Monitor workshop reports, technician timesheets and job status updates. Assist with warranty administration and manufacturer documentation. Prepare daily and monthly aftersales reports and KPI data. Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate issues where required. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and manufacturer standards.
About You Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role within the Heavy Commercial Vehicle or heavy equipment environment. Excellent communication skills Experience supporting a workshop, service or aftersales department. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
