Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) Location: Dubai, UAEWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team and drive business growth across the UAE HORECA market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and build brands within the assigned territory. Develop secondary sales and expand the customer base in the HORECA segment. Identify, develop, and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, central kitchens, cloud kitchens, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens. Build and support trader networks through existing distributors. Conduct product trials, chef meetings, follow-ups, and client conversions. Support distributors in improving stock rotation and market penetration. Share regular market feedback on competition, pricing, and business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of work experience in the UAE market. Proven experience in B2B and HORECA sales. Strong knowledge of the UAE HORECA industry and market dynamics. Experience in building brands and implementing sales strategies. Technical expertise in food products; cooking experience or kitchen knowledge will be an added advantage. Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a car. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented individual with strong industry relationships. Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation:
Salary: AED 9,000–10,000 per month (based on experience). Additional benefits and incentives as per company policy.
