Role Description This full-time Night Shift Call Center role is an on-site position based in Sharjah. The team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient and caregiver inquiries, and provide clear information about services, appointments, and basic procedures. Daily tasks include documenting call details in the system, routing calls to appropriate departments or medical staff, and following established protocols for urgent or escalation cases. The role also involves updating records, verifying patient information, and maintaining professional, calm communication during all interactions. The individual will work closely with colleagues to ensure continuous coverage and consistent service quality throughout the night shift.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism. Effective Communication abilities, including clear spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage. Experience with Contact Centers or call center environments, including familiarity with call handling systems. Good Computer Literacy, including the ability to use CRM or healthcare-related software and basic office applications. Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or related service industries is beneficial. Ability to work night shifts on-site in Sharjah and maintain reliability and punctuality. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures and confidentiality standards.
