• Select and request flowers, accessories, and materials to ensure adequate and timely supply for job orders, contracts, and events
• utilizing the knowledge of flower types and seasonality
• Arrange flowers decorations and bouquets according to trend and customer demand, providing sense of artistry through nice combinations of colors and flowers varieties/accessories.
• Communicate with clients regarding with their request and orders (type of arrangement desired, the occasion, and the date, time, and location for each arrangement needed).
• Consider the customer’s budget when making recommendations
• Make attractive floral presentations to be shown to prospect clients and propose new designs and displays for year-round sales and occasions.
• Coordinate with Head Florist to create continuous Showroom displays that Evoque high quality and style. and pleasant environment
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are within the allocated budget and deadlines are met
• Ensure to maintain flowers quality through proper handling and thorough checking of different related aspects.
• Maintain Quality Standards and ensure customer’s satisfaction
• Keeping up to date of trends and propose ideas to ensure creativity, differentiation, and competitiveness
• Create flower arrangement as per the client’s requirements.
