Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Relationship Manager (Russian Speaker) role based in Dubai. The Junior Relationship Manager will support senior team members in managing client relationships, focusing on Russian-speaking clients and prospects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding, preparing documentation, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role involves coordinating meetings, following up on action items, and providing regular updates to clients about their accounts and services. The Junior Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and contribute to client retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications Strong proficiency in Russian and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and manage client expectations. Solid organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Basic understanding of financial services or investment concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry. Comfort with using CRM systems, office productivity software, and digital tools to manage client information and communication. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment. Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
