We are looking for an experienced and proactive SAP Success Factors Functional Lead to join our team and drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of the SAP Success Factors platform across the organization.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, HR, IT teams, and implementation partners, ensuring seamless delivery of HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to gather, analyze, and translate HR requirements into effective system solutions Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP Success Factors initiatives across HR, IT, and business units Coordinate with implementation partners, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality delivery
Experience Required:8–12 years of experience in HR Technology, ERP, or Digital Transformation programs Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors implementation and support Proven track record of leading 2–3 end-to-end SAP Success Factors implementations
