Role Description We are seeking a motivated and innovative Electrical Engineer / Electronics Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain electrical and electronic systems that support business operations and engineering excellence. Install, configure, commission, and optimize electrical and electronic equipment to ensure reliable operation. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and electronic system faults using appropriate engineering methodologies. Develop and implement control systems, instrumentation, automation solutions, and embedded electronic applications where applicable. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software engineers, manufacturing teams, quality assurance, and project managers throughout the engineering lifecycle. Conduct inspections, testing, calibration, and validation activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards. Support engineering projects by managing technical schedules, resources, budgets, and project documentation. Monitor engineering performance and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency, safety, energy utilization, and reliability. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, engineering standards, workplace health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, maintenance records, and project progress updates. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative electrical and electronics solutions that improve business performance. Stay informed about advancements in automation, Industry 4.0, IoT, AI-assisted engineering tools, and sustainable engineering practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engineering quality, operational excellence, and long-term organizational success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Strong understanding of electrical engineering, electronics, circuit design, power systems, control systems, and instrumentation principles. Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, microcontrollers, embedded systems, PCB design, sensors, and communication interfaces. Familiarity with engineering software such as Auto CAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, MATLAB, Simulink, Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar engineering applications. Understanding of PLC programming, SCADA systems, industrial automation, motor control, and electrical distribution systems is an advantage. Knowledge of testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power analyzers, and electronic measurement instruments. Familiarity with industry standards, electrical safety regulations, quality management systems, and engineering documentation practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engineering activities simultaneously.
