• Assist in the daily coordination of transport and logistics operations.

• Monitor driver attendance, trip schedules, and vehicle movements.

• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.

• Conduct site visits to monitor operational activities and resolve on-site issues.

• Ensure all operational documents are accurate and up to date.

• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records.

• Support vehicle allocation and scheduling based on operational requirements.

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and operational concerns.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Thorough knowledge of process and procedures involved in operations activities

• Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.

• Ability to inspect equipment, vehicles, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.

• Ability to estimate sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.

• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• Good knowledge of UAE roads and transport operations.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Education Graduate or Diploma in Operations/Supply chain management/Logistics management

Experience Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.
