Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect progress data and update schedules.

· Monitor critical paths and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

· Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans to prevent schedule delays.

· Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client review.

· Analyze productivity, resource allocation, and project timelines to support project planning decisions.

· Participate in project planning meetings and support tender planning submissions when required.

· Monitor subcontractors' planning and progress to align with overall project schedules.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, construction sequencing, and key deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Planning Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of UAE Interior Design, Fit out and Construction experience to join our project team.
