Oversee and manage all civil engineering aspects of ADNOC EPC, Maintenance, and Turnaround (TA) projects, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and detailed scheduling for civil works.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary civil engineering teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving project milestones and objectives.
Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC's specific engineering standards, construction codes, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks associated with civil works, developing and executing robust mitigation strategies.
Coordinate effectively with other disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of civil works into the overall project.
Establish civil & structural design philosophies for the execution of the projects
Resource and workload planning for the Civil and Structural group Acts as the technical authority for resolution of Civil and Structural design issues Drive efficiency, quality and performance of the civil and structural works
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a significant focus on ADNOC EPC, Maintenance, and TA projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects within the oil and gas sector.
In-depth knowledge of ADNOC's engineering standards, HSE policies, and project management frameworks.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera Pand CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
