Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Business Development Officer to lead healthcare business development activities for our flagship Abu Dhabi Ranches Medical City project. The successful candidate will identify strategic opportunities, establish partnerships, coordinate healthcare initiatives, and represent the company with government entities, healthcare organizations, universities, investors, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities o Lead healthcare business development initiatives and identify new growth opportunities. o Support the planning and coordination of the Abu Dhabi Ranches Medical City project. o Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, universities, research institutions, government entities, and investors. o Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and business negotiations. o Coordinate with consultants, medical experts, and project stakeholders. o Prepare business proposals, presentations, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and partnership agreements. o Conduct healthcare market research and identify investment opportunities. o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations directly to the CEO.

Desired Candidate Profile

o Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or a related healthcare discipline. o 7–10 years of experience in healthcare business development, healthcare consulting, hospital administration, healthcare strategy, or healthcare project management. o Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical specialties, hospital operations, healthcare systems, and healthcare regulations. o Proven experience in building strategic partnerships and engaging with healthcare providers, universities, government entities, investors, and international organizations. o Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. o Previous experience within the UAE healthcare sector is preferred. o Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
