Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of AC and HVAC systems.
Diagnose AC faults and identify mechanical, electrical, and cooling issues.
Service and repair Split AC, Ducted Split, Package Units, FCU and AHU systems.
Perform AC general servicing and deep cleaning of filters, coils, blowers and drain lines.
Check refrigerant pressure and carry out gas charging/top-up when required.
Detect and repair refrigerant and water leakage issues.
Troubleshoot compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, sensors and control components.
Carry out FCU drain flushing and rectify drainage/blockage issues.
Perform vacuuming, pressure testing and commissioning of AC systems.
Install and replace AC units, copper piping, insulation and drainage lines where required.
Inspect equipment and provide clear technical reports regarding faults and recommended repairs.
Attend breakdown and emergency maintenance calls.
Maintain tools, equipment and materials properly.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Coordinate professionally with supervisors, clients and other technicians on site.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of UAE/GCC experience as an HVAC / AC Technician preferred.
Strong knowledge of AC servicing, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting.
Experience working with FCU, AHU, Split AC, Ducted Split and Package AC systems.
Good understanding of refrigerant systems, electrical controls and AC drainage systems.
Ability to independently diagnose faults and recommend solutions.
Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and use HVAC testing equipment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working on villas, apartments and commercial sites.
UAE driving licence is an advantage.
ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration or a related technical field is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone responsible, technically strong, punctual, and capable of handling AC maintenance calls independently, while maintaining a professional standard of workmanship and customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or an associate's degree in HVAC technology strongly preferred.
- Hold EPA Section 608 certification (Universal, Type I, II, and III) for refrigerant handling.
- Have 3-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
