تحت الإشراف المباشر من طاقم التمريض المسجل، سيقدم رعاية وخدمة للمرضى آمنة وفي الوقت المناسب.
تحديد فرص التحسين وتصعيدها وفقاً لسلسلة القيادة المعنية.
أداء واجبات أخرى قد تُكلف ضمن نطاقه وإمكاناته.
دعم مرافقة المرضى داخل الإعداد السريري.
دعم المرضى في حجز المواعيد الجديدة والمهام الكتابية الأخرى داخل الإعداد السريري.
نقل عينات المرضى إلى المختبر

أساسي: يجب على حامل المنصب
أن يكون مستعداً للعمل عبر الأقسام عند الضرورة
إدارة ترخيصه المهني من جديد
أن تكون لديه مؤهل معتمد من جمعية القلب الأمريكية لأساسيات دعم الحياة
أن يكون قادراً على التواصل بوضوح وفعالية باللغة الإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة)
مرغوب فيه: يجب أن يكون لدى الحامل المنصب الخصائص التالية:

Healthcare Assistant will:
Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nursing Staff, will deliver patient care and service which is safe and timely.
Identify opportunities for improvement and escalate accordingly reflective of the chain of command.
Perform other duties as may be assigned within his/her scope and ability.
Support the escort of patients within the clinical setting.
Support patients with new appointment bookings and other clerical tasks within the clinical setting.
Transport patient specimens to the lab

Be willing to work across departments when necessary
Manager their own professional re-licensure
Have a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider qualification
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written)
