• Plan and execute complex landscape projects, including site analysis, schematic design, and construction documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards

• Provide technical support for all stages of project development and construction

• Supervise the construction and installation of projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Spec.

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for completed projects

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with landscape design software such as AutoCAD

• Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale projects

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience working with a diverse range of projects including residential areas, and commercial spaces

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems

• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting

• Proficiency in horticultural science and soil management

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape or related field

• Strong technical knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
