Job Description: • Prepare and serve premium beverages while ensuring consistent quality, speed, and exceptional guest service during peak operations. • Support the Head Bartender by supervising bartenders during shifts, coaching junior team members, and maintaining service standards. • Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and compliant with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards throughout the shift. • Drive guest satisfaction and beverage sales through product recommendations, upselling, and proactive customer engagement.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Bartender in a high-volume hospitality, entertainment, sports, or lifestyle venue; Strong home-country experience is acceptable. • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, beverage costing, inventory management, and bar operations, with experience using POS systems. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, manage busy service periods, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills with a passion for hospitality, sales, and creating memorable guest experiences
