What We're Looking For:✅ 10+ years of experience leading real estate development sales teams in Dubai ✅ Fluent Russian and English — essential for working with our core client base ✅ Proven ability to manage a sales floor and drive performance ✅ Ability to onboard and lead a team of 15–20 sales managers ✅ Strong background in off-plan sales ✅ Exceptional leadership, coaching, and business development skills ✅ High energy, charisma, and a hands-on, lead-by-example management style ✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence — someone who inspires both the team and the client ✅ Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
