Your Day to Day:

As a Barista, you are responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, in accordance with hotel standards and recipes while delivering exceptional guest service. The role ensures a welcoming atmosphere, maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supports smooth bar operations. The ideal candidate has relevant experience, strong product knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.

 Some of your main role responsibilities are:

• Welcome guests and deliver warm, personalized service at all times.

  
  

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, coffee, tea, wines, beers, and specialty drinks in line with hotel standards.

  
  

• Recommend beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

  
  

• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.

  
  

• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.

  
  

• Collaborate with the Bar, Restaurant, and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

  
  

• Maintain proper stock rotation, storage, and handling of all beverage products and ingredients.

  
  

• Complete opening and closing duties while complying with HACCP, hygiene, health & safety, and hotel policies.

  
  

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in hotels in similar position
• Basic reading and writing.
• Food service experience with general knowledge of Bar & restaurant operations preferred. 
• Must be at the minimum age to serve alcohol in line with any local legislative requirements.
• Good command of English language, both oral and written
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and safe handling procedures.
