We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio Architect to lead enterprise AI adoption, Copilot solution design, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agent design, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior leadership to identify AI opportunities, design scalable solutions, drive adoption, and demonstrate measurable business value. Key Responsibilities · Design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions for enterprise use cases. · Design and develop custom Copilot agents, connectors, workflows, and secure data integrations. · Lead AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation initiatives. · Identify business use cases where Copilot and AI can improve productivity, collaboration, and business processes. · Drive enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption by embedding AI into business workflows. · Work with business users, senior leadership, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. · Conduct Copilot clinics, workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and user enablement programs. · Develop strategies to promote an AI-first culture across the organization. · Support digital transformation programs involving Microsoft 365 and AI technologies. · Measure Copilot adoption, productivity improvements, user engagement, and business outcomes. · Gather user feedback and continuously refine Copilot use cases and solutions. · Support change management activities to ensure sustained adoption and value realization. · Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise security, data governance, compliance, and access-control requirements. · Collaborate with technical teams on Power Platform, Microsoft 365, data, security, and integration requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

· 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. · Strong experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation. · Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including: o Microsoft Teams o SharePoint o Outlook o Word o Excel o Power Platform · Experience working in enterprise environments and supporting digital transformation initiatives. · Proven experience delivering training sessions, workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs. · Experience driving enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and embedding AI into business workflows. · Expertise in designing and implementing: o Custom Copilot agents o Copilot Studio configurations o Connectors o Secure data integrations o AI-powered workflows · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. · Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Experience working with business users, senior leadership, and IT teams to define requirements and AI use cases. · Ability to measure productivity gains, analyze adoption metrics, incorporate feedback, and demonstrate AI value realization. Preferred Qualifications · Experience leading AI adoption programs or enterprise digital transformation initiatives. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including: o Power Automate o Power Apps o Power BI · Familiarity with enterprise AI security, data governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices. · Microsoft certifications related to AI, Copilot, Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Platform. · Experience working with large-scale enterprise Copilot deployments and adoption programs.
