  Required Experience / Knowledge Areas

  • Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in technical or techno-functional support, implementation, or development roles within the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system, with exposure to R20 or above releases. Previous experience working with a bank in the UAE will be an added advantage.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes or effective workarounds.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, developers, and QA teams.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
