Install, maintain, and repair Split AC units, Indoor Fan Coil Units (FCU), and Air Handling Units (AHU)
Service and troubleshoot chiller systems, including routine inspections and fault diagnosis
Perform preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
Carry out general building maintenance tasks, including minor civil works (patching, tiling, plastering, etc.)
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and execute timely repairs
Ensure all work complies with UAE safety standards and building codes
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when required
Support facility inspections and audits
Desired Candidate Profile
Solid working knowledge of Split AC units, FCUs, and AHUs
Practical knowledge of chiller systems (maintenance and troubleshooting)
Experience in general building/facilities maintenance
Basic civil works knowledge (minor repairs, finishing works)
Prior work experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Physically able to perform manual labor, work at heights, and in confined spaces
