Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise ongoing civil and construction activities at project sites. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved HSE procedures, policies, and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. Monitor compliance with TAQA/TRANSCO HSE requirements and project-specific safety standards.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or relevant engineering discipline. Previous experience working on TRANSCO/DEWA projects is highly preferred. Experience in 132k V cable laying projects will be a strong advantage. Proven experience in site safety supervision within civil works/construction projects. Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and safe work practices. Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with multicultural site teams and contractors.
