Technical Review: Review MEP shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and builder work to identify and resolve spatial conflicts before installation.
Site Supervision: Manage daily on-site MEP fit-out activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to approved drawings.
Coordination: Work closely with project managers, interior designers, civil contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
Authority Approvals: Coordinate and secure necessary permits and final handovers from local authorities (e.g., DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense).
Material Management: Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTO), review supplier submittals, and ensure materials arrive on site as scheduled.
Testing & Commissioning: Witness and document all MEP system testing, balancing, and commissioning prior to client handover.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce company HSE standards and ensure all site works meet local building codes and quality benchmarks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically in interior fit-out projects (commercial offices, retail, or hospitality).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is a strong advantage.
Regulations: Deep understanding of local authority regulations, building codes, and green building standards.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage subcontractors under tight deadlines.
