• Coordinate architectural, interior, and MEP technical requirements across fit-out projects. Ø Review and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings to identify clashes, inconsistencies, and constructability issues. Ø Ensure technical alignment between design documents and site execution. Ø Review shop drawings for compliance with Approved design intent, Specifications, consultant and client requirements. Ø Coordinate submission, review, revision, and approval of shop drawings. Ø Maintain accurate tracking of drawing submissions, revisions, and approvals. Ø Review material submittals, samples, mockups, and technical data sheets. Ø Ensure materials comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Ø Coordinate with procurement and QA/QC teams to ensure technical approval prior to purchasing and installation. Ø Prepare, review, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical queries. Ø Coordinate design clarifications and responses with consultants and clients. Ø Ensure timely technical resolutions to avoid site delays, rework, or cost impact. Ø Ensure site execution complies with approved design intent and technical requirements. Ø Identify constructability challenges and propose technically sound solutions. Ø Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining quality and functionality. Ø Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, and procurement teams. Ø Participate in technical coordination meetings and site reviews and provide technical guidance to site teams. Ø Maintain organized and up-to-date technical records including Approved drawings, Submittals, RFIs, Revisions and changes. Ø Ensure controlled document distribution as per company and ISO procedures. Ø Coordinate preparation of as-built drawings and technical close-out documents. Ø Support project handover requirements related to technical documentation. Ø Ensure all approved technical records are included in handover dossiers. Ø Guide and support Technical Coordinators, Draftsmen, or Document Controllers. Ø Provide technical mentoring and coordination support where required. Ø Recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection of technical submissions. Ø Access all project technical documentation, drawings, and coordination systems. Ø Recommend technical solutions, constructability improvements, and coordination strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• · Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. · 6–10 years of relevant experience with a fit-out, interior design, or contracting environment. · Strong knowledge of Fit-out and interior design project lifecycles, Design coordination, technical management processes and Construction documentation and approval workflows. · Strong technical knowledge of Architectural and interior design drawings, Fit-out materials, finishes, joinery works and MEP coordination within interior fit-out projects. · Professional in Shop drawings, coordination drawings, Material submittals, method statements, technical data sheets. · Strong working knowledge of Relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements applicable to interior works. · knowledge of Quality, safety, and construction standards related to technical compliance. · Strong technical coordination skills such as Review of multidisciplinary drawings, Identification and resolution of design clashes and inconsistencies and Ensuring constructability and alignment with site execution requirements. · High skills in analytical and problem-solving and analyzing technical issues and recommend practical solutions. · Effective communication skills with consultants, designers, project managers, and site teams. · High organizational skills in Managing large volumes of technical drawings and submittals, tracking approvals, revisions, and technical changes and maintaining accurate and traceable technical records. · High attention to detail and accuracy, Strong time-management and prioritization skills and Professional judgment and accountability in technical decisions. · Professional in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC, Adobe Acrobat Pro and MS Office.
