Join a Dynamic Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team
Health Hub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse to join our busy multidisciplinary clinic in Al Karama, Dubai.
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting both Dental Services and Outpatient Medical Clinics, making it ideal for an Assistant Nurse who enjoys working across different specialties within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will divide their time between supporting Dentists during dental procedures and assisting Physicians and Nurses within our broader outpatient services.
Due to our patient demographics and existing team composition, Tagalog or Nepali language skills are highly preferred.
About The Role
As an Assistant Nurse, you will support the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care across multiple clinical departments.
This role combines traditional outpatient nursing support responsibilities with dental chairside assistance, requiring a flexible and adaptable healthcare professional who is comfortable working across a variety of clinical settings.
No two days will be the same. You may support a dentist during a dental procedure in the morning and assist a physician with outpatient consultations and clinical procedures during the afternoon.
Key Responsibilities
Outpatient Clinical Support
Support Physicians and Nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.
Monitor and record patient vital signs.
Support patient assessments and clinical procedures.
Assist in the management of patients with chronic conditions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Support infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality initiatives.
Communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
Dental Clinical Support
Provide chairside assistance during dental consultations and procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment.
Support Dentists during examinations and treatments.
Assist patients before, during, and after dental procedures.
Ensure compliance with dental infection control and sterilisation protocols.
General Clinic Operations
Assist with stock management and replenishment of clinical supplies.
Support safe use and maintenance of clinical equipment.
Attend mandatory clinical training and BLS updates.
Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment.
Essential Requirements
DHA Licensed or DHA Eligible Assistant Nurse.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Valid BLS certification.
Minimum 2 Years' Experience As An Assistant Nurse.
Previous outpatient clinic experience.
Previous dental clinic experience and chairside assistance experience is essential.
Experience supporting healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong patient care and communication skills.
Good computer and documentation skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
Professional, compassionate, and flexible approach.
Highly Preferred
Fluent in Tagalog or Nepali.
