About RL Tours & Travels RL Tours & Travels is a growing Destination Management Company (DMC) focused on creating strong global travel partnerships and delivering reliable travel solutions, including visa services, tours, transfers, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and customized travel experiences. We are looking for a Sales Executive who can help us expand our global network, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and direct customers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and partners. Expand RL Tours & Travels' global network of travel partners. Generate quality leads through networking, market research, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Promote and sell travel packages, visa services, tours, transfers, hotels, and customized travel solutions. Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed bookings. Represent the company professionally when communicating with international partners and clients. Participate in networking events, travel meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities. Carry out any other reasonable sales or business development tasks assigned by management. HOW CAN YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE? Identify opportunities to expand the company's global partner network. Represent RL Tours & Travels professionally in the international travel community. Continuously look for new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEPrevious experience in travel, tourism, DMC, hospitality, or sales is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong knowledge of sales and business development. Confident in networking and client communication. Good computer and communication skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. UAE travel industry experience is an advantage. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWillingness to attend meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and client appointments when required. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
