Conduct market research, competitor analysis, feasibility studies, pricing analysis, and market positioning for new products and business ventures.
Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
Identify market needs and lead new product development and commercialization initiatives.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, suppliers, and Management for successful product development and launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, distributors, industrial clients, and strategic partners.
Develop reseller, distributor, and channel partner networks to support market penetration and business growth.
Manage business opportunities from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, presentations, pricing strategies, and commercial offers.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements within approved authority.
Monitor construction and building-material industry trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities for diversification into new product categories and geographical markets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, networking forums, and customer meetings.
Provide management with regular updates on pipeline, market developments, new opportunities, and business performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Product Development, Sales, or Commercial functions.
Strong industry experience in construction materials, building materials, manufacturing, steel, industrial products, or related sectors.
Proven track record of generating new business and successfully developing or introducing new products to the market.
Good understanding of the UAE construction and building-materials market.
Existing relationships or experience working with contractors, consultants, developers, distributors, and industrial clients is highly preferred.
Strong capabilities in market research, competitor analysis, product positioning, pricing, and commercialization.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and convert them into commercially viable business.
Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Strong pipeline management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
MBA or relevant professional certification in Business Development is an added advantage.
