We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Commercial Manager to oversee all Estimation Quote approval, contractual aspects and sales department of our interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project budgets, client contracts, procurement, cost control, risk management, and overall commercial strategy to ensure profitability and compliance.

• Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct regular financial reviews and value engineering exercises.

• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and estimators to ensure accurate cost reporting and forecasting.

• Support tendering processes including pricing, risk assessments, and bid submissions.

• Attend project meetings and provide commercial input.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of commercial management experience, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts
• Proven experience in budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and cost control software.
