Job Details

  • Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on a diverse range of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and system faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Install, commission, and integrate new fire alarm components and systems, verifying functionality and performance against design specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients and building management to schedule maintenance, explain system status, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Conduct system programming and configuration updates for fire alarm control panels and associated devices, ensuring optimal operational parameters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Immediate Joiner Required

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Hold relevant fire alarm certifications (e.g., NICET Level II or higher, EST, Simplex, Notifier certifications) demonstrating specialized knowledge.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and NFPA codes.

  • Exhibit strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for fire alarm control panels, detectors, notification appliances, and power supplies.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet service obligations.
