Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect and respond to security threats or suspicious activities.
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of CCTV systems and related equipment.
Maintain accurate records of security events, incidents, and activities.
Notify appropriate authorities and stakeholders in the event of security breaches or emergencies.
Conduct routine checks and inspections of surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow established security protocols and procedures.
Report any security vulnerabilities or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a CCTV Security Operator or in a related role is preferred.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and related technology.
Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using surveillance software.
