As an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Aluminum Façade industry in the UAE, you are expected to bring in new business, identify upcoming projects, build strong relationships with key industry players, and convert opportunities into awarded façade projects.
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new aluminum façade projects across the UAEDevelop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers Monitor upcoming projects and identify new business opportunities Generate leads and manage the business development pipeline from opportunity to award Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and presentations Negotiate with clients and support the project acquisition process Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the Aluminum Façade industry Strong network across UAE developers, consultants, contractors, and/or main contractors Demonstrated track record of bringing in new projects Strong understanding of façade systems, project cycles, and the UAE construction market Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
