• Manage the company’s end-to-end logistics operations locally and internationally.
• Coordinate import and export shipments by air, sea, road, and courier.
• Manage freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure all required shipping and customs documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare and review Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and other shipping documents.
• Monitor shipments from origin to final destination and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate freight rates, transportation costs, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and international suppliers.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Plan and manage local transportation and delivery schedules.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, storage, and transportation of materials and finished products.
• Manage logistics documentation and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Monitor and resolve shipment delays, customs issues, damages, shortages, and other logistics problems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs, import/export regulations, and company procedures.
• Develop logistics KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
• Lead and supervise the logistics team.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of Odoo Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics modules.
• Experience managing stock movements, receipts, deliveries, transfers, purchase orders, and inventory transactions through Odoo.
• Ability to monitor inventory and shipment status through Odoo.
• Experience coordinating the integration between Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, Sales, and Logistics processes in Odoo.

• Experience with Odoo implementation teams or consultants is an advantage.
• Strong experience in both international and local logistics.
• Proven experience with import/export operations and UAE customs procedures.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, transportation, and customs clearance.
• Experience dealing with international suppliers and customers.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UAE customs systems and free-zone logistics procedures is highly preferred.
• Strong background in international shipping and UAE logistics including experience with air freight, sea freight, road transportation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehouse operations, inventory management, and Odoo ERP.
