• Supervise daily construction, civil, and MEP activities

• Manage site workers, technicians, and subcontractors

• Review and follow approved drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

• Monitor work quality, productivity, and project progress

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors

• Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment

• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned work

• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions

• Maintain daily manpower, material, equipment, and progress records

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures

• Monitor civil, structural, finishing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works

• Coordinate civil and MEP activities to prevent clashes and rework

• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant construction-site experience

• Previous UAE or GCC experience is preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures

• Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

• Good understanding of quality-control and safety requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with multiple project teams

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage
