• Lead and manage the estimation team for infrastructure and civil construction projects.

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender pricing.

• Develop project estimates using CCS Candy and other relevant estimation tools.

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and measurement sheets.

• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate competitive rates.

• Prepare detailed resource, material, equipment, and manpower cost estimates.

• Review project risks, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial conditions.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Commercial teams during tender preparation.

• Prepare tender summaries, cost comparison sheets, and management reports.

• Participate in tender clarification meetings and technical/commercial discussions.

• Support contract negotiations and handover of successful tenders to the project team.

• Maintain a database of historical project rates and cost information.

• Ensure all estimates are prepared accurately and submitted within tender deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in estimation, preferably with major infrastructure/civil construction contractors.

• Strong experience in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects.

• Proven hands-on experience with CCS Candy is mandatory.

• Experience in projects such as:

  • Earthworks

  • Drainage & stormwater networks

  • Sewerage and water networks

  • Utilities

  • Infrastructure development

  • Asphalt and pavement works
