Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
Modify and enhance existing Odoo applications and workflows
Develop backend functionality using Python and PostgreSQL
Develop/customize frontend components using XML, QWeb, JavaScript and OWL
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications through APIs
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve Odoo technical issues
Maintain code quality, security and system performance
Work with internal teams to understand requirements and implement suitable solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Python development
Hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization
Good knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb and SCSS
Experience with JavaScript and OWL
Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules
Knowledge of REST API integration
Understanding of Odoo security, access rights and record rules
Ability to troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues
Good understanding of databases and ERP/business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
