Oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay (PTP) and order-to-record (R2R) cycles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Manage the general ledger (GL) function, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the RTR function, leveraging technology and process optimization to enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant financial regulations, mitigating risks and safeguarding assets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong emphasis on RTR processes.
- Proven track record in managing complex accounting operations within a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Deep understanding of IFRS or US GAAP, with the ability to apply these principles accurately to financial reporting.
