القدرة على التواصل بشكل مهني واثق عبر الهاتف
مهارات استماع وفهم قوية للغة الألمانية
التواصل مركز حول العميل ومهني
الخبرة السابقة في مركز الاتصال أو خدمة العملاء تعتبر ميزة، لكنها ليست إلزامية
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
ستعمل في بيئة مركز اتصال مهنية، تتعامل مع المكالمات الواردة من عملاء في الدول الناطقة بالألمانية وتقدم مساعدة واضحة وودودة ومهنية باللغة الألمانية. أولويتنا هي كفاية اللغة الألمانية. إذا كنت تستطيع التواصل بشكل مريح ومهني باللغة الألمانية عبر الهاتف، نود سماعك! مرحب بالمتدربين وذوي الخبرة على حد سواء.
We’re Hiring: German-Speaking Call Center Professionals
We are currently looking for 30–100 German-speaking professionals to join our call center team.
Nationality is not important — provided they have strong German language skills.
What we’re looking for:
Good spoken and written German
Ability to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone
Strong German listening and comprehension skills
Customer-focused and professional communication
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Desired Candidate Profile
You will work in a professional call center environment, handling incoming calls from customers in German-speaking countries and providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in German. Our priority is German language proficiency. If you can communicate comfortably and professionally in German over the phone, we want to hear from you! Freshers and experienced both are welcome.
