We are looking for a hands-on Branch In-Charge / Cashier & Service Staff member for our restaurant in Dubai.
The role includes:
Handle POS billing, cash and card payments
Complete daily cash closing and reconciliation
Handle takeaway, dine-in and delivery orders
Attend to customers and manage the front counter
Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery riders
Perform waitering/table service when required
Assist with restaurant opening and closing
Monitor basic stock levels and report shortages
Ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the branch
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Take responsibility for branch operations during the assigned shift
Support other restaurant duties during busy periods
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, QSR, cashier or similar role preferred
Experience with POS systems, billing and cash handling
Able to perform cash closing accurately
Good spoken English and customer service skills
Basic computer and numerical skills
Responsible, punctual and trustworthy
Comfortable handling both cashier and waiter/service duties
Able to work independently and take responsibility for the outlet
UAE restaurant experience is an advantage
Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice are preferred
