*ملخص الوظيفة*
نحن نوظف مهندس تصميم ذو خبرة لشركة تصنيع سيارات مرموقة في *دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة*. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح خبرة عملية قوية في تصميم صفائح معدنية وتصميم مكونات السيارات باستخدام CATIA & Solid Works.
*المسؤوليات الأساسية*
تصميم وتطوير أجزاء ومكونات وسيارات معدنية باستخدام *CATIA & Solid Works* إنشاء نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد، رسومات تصنيع تفصيلية ثنائية الأبعاد، وقوائم المواد تطبيق قوي لتصميم الصفائح المعدنية والتصنيع والعمليات التصنيعية تطوير التصاميم وفقاً لمواصفات العملاء ومعايير صناعة السيارات إجراء حسابات التصميم، تحليل تكدس التحمل، DFM/DFA التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والتوريد لتطوير النموذج الأولي والموافقة النهائية تحسين التصاميم الحالية من أجل جودة أفضل، الأداء، وتحسين التكلفة إعداد وصيانة الوثائق الفنية وتاريخ التصميم
*المتطلبات*
دبلوم / بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية *3 – 5 سنوات من الخبرة كمصمم في السيارات / تصنيع السيارات* يجب أن يكون لديه معرفة جيدة بـ *CATIA & Solid Works – إلزامي* خبرة قوية في *تصميم الصفائح المعدنية وتصميم السيارات* معرفة جيدة بـ GD&T، المواد، عمليات التصنيع القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية المعقدة يُفضل التحاق فوريًا.

*Job Summary*
We are hiring an experienced *Design Engineer* for a reputed Automotive Manufacturing Company in *Dubai, UAE*. Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Design and Automotive Components design using CATIA & Solid Works.
*Key Responsibilities*
Design and develop automotive parts, components, and sheet metal assemblies using *CATIA & Solid Works* Create 3D models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and BOM Strong application of sheet metal design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes Develop designs as per customer specifications and automotive industry standards Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM/DFA Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for prototype development and final approval Improve existing designs for better quality, performance, and cost optimization Prepare and maintain technical documentation and design history
*Requirements*
Diploma / B. E / http://B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering *3 – 5 Years of experience as Design Engineer in Automotive / Automotive Manufacturing* Must have good exposure to *CATIA & Solid Works – Mandatory* Strong experience in *Sheet Metal Design & Automotive Design* Good knowledge of GD&T, materials, manufacturing processes Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings Immediate joiners will be given preference Salary & Benefits:* AED 4,000 – 5,000 + Other Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
