We are looking for an experienced Medical Insurance Coordinator to join our growing aesthetic medical center.
Requirements:2–3 years of UAE healthcare/medical insurance experience. Strong knowledge of DHA insurance procedures and TPA portals. Experience in insurance eligibility checks, pre-authorizations and approvals. Knowledge of medical claims, submissions, rejections and resubmissions. Good communication and coordination skills. Experience in a medical center, clinic or hospital is preferred. Key Responsibilities:Handle patient insurance eligibility and approvals. Coordinate pre-authorizations with insurance companies and TPAs. Process and follow up on medical claims. Coordinate with doctors, nurses and reception team regarding insurance matters. Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation.
