Role Description The Van Sales Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for delivering products to customers and generating sales along assigned routes. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading the van, checking stock levels, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining proper documentation for deliveries and sales. The role involves visiting existing and potential customers, presenting product ranges, securing orders, and handling cash or electronic payments in line with company procedures. The Van Sales Driver is expected to maintain the vehicle in good condition, follow all road safety regulations, and represent Jood Sweets professionally in all customer interactions. The position requires close coordination with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries, proper route planning, and efficient stock management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong driving skills with a valid UAE driving license and a solid understanding of local traffic rules and safety practices. Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and the ability to present products clearly. Candidates should possess practical skills in inventory handling, cash handling, and record-keeping to ensure accurate deliveries and transactions. Candidates should possess good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an advantage. Candidates should possess the physical ability to load, unload, and move products, and be able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor and on-the-road environment.
