Role Overview:
The HVAC Draughtsman is responsible for preparing detailed HVAC drawings and documentation for modular E-Houses, data center modules, and related facilities. The role involves developing accurate HVAC layouts, ducting and piping drawings, equipment arrangements, shop drawings, and fabrication details while ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering designs, and company drafting standards. The HVAC Draughtsman will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, clash-free designs and support efficient project execution and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, including layouts, ductwork, piping systems, equipment arrangements, and coordination drawings. Develop shop drawings and fabrication details in accordance with approved engineering designs and project specifications. Coordinate HVAC systems with electrical, mechanical, architectural, and fire protection disciplines to ensure clash-free modular integration. Revise and update drawings based on engineering comments, client requirements, and site or fabrication feedback. Maintain drawing registers, records, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all HVAC drawings comply with company CAD/BIM standards, project requirements, and quality procedures. Support project teams during design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases by providing accurate and timely drawing updates. Ensure accuracy, constructability, and consistency across all HVAC deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman in building services, data centers, industrial facilities, or modular construction projects. Experience in modular E-House, data center, or prefabricated construction projects is an advantage. Proficiency in Auto CAD and experience with Revit/BIM are advantages. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, ventilation, air conditioning, and equipment layouts. Experience in preparing HVAC shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and coordination drawings. Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination involving electrical, architectural, structural, and fire protection systems. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Knowledge of HVAC drafting standards, CAD/BIM procedures, and quality requirements. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
