Role Description The Owner role at Punjab Beverages Company Private Limited is a full-time remote position responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the company’s overall operations and growth. The Owner will set long-term business goals, guide investment and expansion decisions, and ensure alignment with PBC’s values and market objectives. Daily responsibilities include reviewing performance reports, monitoring financial results, overseeing key stakeholder relationships, and supporting executive leadership in decision-making. The role also involves safeguarding compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, championing continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a positive, inclusive culture across teams. The Owner will collaborate closely with senior management to drive innovation, strengthen brand positioning, and maintain strong customer and partner trust. Qualifications Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities to guide a large, multi-brand beverage operation. Proven experience in business management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or beverage industries. Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and investment planning. Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards relevant to food and beverage production. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting while coordinating cross-functional teams. Demonstrated commitment to integrity, excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience in leading organizational change, culture-building, and talent development is highly beneficial.
