Role: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Application Specialist.

Location Abu Dhabi, UAE | Onsite

Duration: 6-Month Contract | Extendable.

Experience: 7+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners / early availability preferred.

• 7+ years of functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365, with strong Sales module expertise.

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably complex B2B/project-based environments.

• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, including on-premises deployments.

• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into functional/technical specifications.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional specifications, SIT/UAT and project delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management, working with business users, senior stakeholders, developers and implementation partners.

• Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.

• Experience in active implementation/transformation projects, managing multiple priorities and changing requirements.

• Understanding of CRM integrations with SAP/ERP and other enterprise applications is an advantage. Experience with Dataverse, workflows/automation, security, integrations and CRM customizations is desirable.

• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
