About the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Engineering Manager - Engineering to join Jumeirah Al Naseem (National Talent) from October 2026 onwards. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Assist in planning and implementing engineering strategies, preventive maintenance schedules, and energy-saving initiatives. Supervise daily operations, ensuring timely completion of work orders and adherence to SOPs. Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage. Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and budget utilization. Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff. Handle escalated technical issues and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Minimum 5 years in engineering operations within luxury hospitality, including 2–3 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Health and safety certified Formal qualification in an Engineering discipline Family Book
