General Manager – 200 Health Industry: Health Tech / Digital Health / Longevity & Preventative Health
Position: General Manager About 200 Health200 Health is a Health Tech platform focused on helping people better understand and optimise their health. Through advanced blood testing and Biological Age analysis, the platform translates complex health data into clear, visual insights and personalised recommendations that enable smarter, data-driven health decisions. The platform assesses areas including biological and functional age, metabolic health, cardiovascular health, inflammation and recovery, nutrients, hormones, and other health panels.200 Health provides health insights and recommendations, while medical decisions and treatments are delivered independently through healthcare providers and partner clinics. The Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven General Manager to lead 200 Health through its next stage of growth. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance of the business, including strategy, P&L, commercial growth, operations, partnerships, customer experience, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience within Health Tech, digital health, diagnostics, preventative healthcare, longevity, wellness technology, or a related healthcare business, with a track record of building and scaling commercially successful businesses. Key Responsibilities Own the overall strategy, P&L and commercial performance of 200 Health. Develop and execute the company's growth and market expansion strategy. Build scalable operating processes across the customer journey. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with clinics, healthcare providers, laboratories and other relevant partners. Oversee the commercial development of 200 Health's testing, insights and recommendation ecosystem. Work closely with product and technology teams to continuously improve the digital customer experience. Use customer, health and commercial data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation. Develop new revenue opportunities, partnerships and distribution channels. Establish KPIs and dashboards across growth, operations, customer experience and financial performance. Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team. Ensure the business operates effectively within the appropriate healthcare, data privacy and regulatory frameworks. Work closely with founders/shareholders on strategy, budgets, investment priorities and long-term business development.

What We're Looking For Significant leadership experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, Business Unit Head, Commercial Director, COO, Managing Director or similar senior role. Strong experience within Health Tech or healthcare, ideally including digital health, diagnostics, laboratory services, longevity, preventative health, personalised healthcare or wellness technology. Proven experience taking ownership of P&L and business performance. Strong commercial mindset with experience driving revenue and customer growth. Experience building partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. Strong understanding of digital products and technology-enabled customer journeys. Ability to operate successfully in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions. Experience building and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
