Support Windows and Linux server environments. Design and maintain virtualized infrastructure and virtual machines. Support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or comparable platforms. Develop and maintain enterprise network and connectivity solutions. Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, routing, and switching services. Support Active Directory, Entra ID, authentication, and access-management solutions. Integrate infrastructure solutions with existing corporate IT environments. Conduct technical assessments of existing infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare technical designs, architecture documents, diagrams, and implementation plans. Develop solution specifications, technical procedures, and operational documentation. Support infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh projects. Perform infrastructure testing and validate solution performance before production deployment. Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and service health. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents and technical issues. Conduct root-cause analysis and develop permanent corrective solutions. Implement infrastructure monitoring, alerting, backup, and recovery solutions. Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives. Apply cybersecurity, hardening, patching, and vulnerability-management requirements. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure infrastructure solutions meet security standards. Evaluate new infrastructure technologies and assess their suitability for business use. Coordinate with technology vendors, consultants, and managed service providers. Assist with vendor technical evaluations and solution comparisons. Provide technical input for infrastructure procurement and technology selection. Estimate infrastructure resources, capacity, licensing, and implementation requirements. Develop scripts and automation to improve infrastructure deployment and administration. Identify opportunities to standardize and automate infrastructure operations. Maintain accurate records of infrastructure configurations, dependencies, and assets. Support change-management, incident-management, and problem-management processes. Prepare technical reports covering infrastructure performance, incidents, risks, and improvements. Participate in infrastructure audits, compliance reviews, and technical assessments. Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to IT support and operations teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure architecture and services. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, solutions engineering, systems administration, or IT operations. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure architecture and technologies. Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments. Solid understanding of enterprise networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Practical knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud infrastructure platforms. Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and identity-management solutions. Understanding of storage, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability concepts. Knowledge of infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and system hardening. Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and IT service-management platforms. Experience with Power Shell, Python, Bash, or other scripting and automation technologies.
